What colours can I print the G4S logo on?
The preferred colours of G4S promotional items are:
- Primary colours: White, Black or Red
- In addition to the primary colours, further secondary colours can be used. These should be colours that are harmonious with the main colour palette.
- Metals (e.g. brushed aluminum)

What variations of the G4S logo can I use for my item?

The logo itself cannot be modified in any way, shape or form.
The company name "Group 4 Securicor" must always accompany the icon,
with the exception of watermarks. It is preferred that you use the coloured
logo whenever possible, however there are variations of the logo colours,
depending on the background colour of what it is being printed on.

Can I place the logo anywhere on my promotional item, or are there specific locations?
No. The placement of the G4S logo should always be in a place of honour.
In general, the logo is always positioned left justified or centered,
except on clothing (such as golf shirts) when the logo can be positioned
on the left chest, left or right sleeve, or on the back below the collar band.
For maximum impact, a clear space of ¼ the capital letter height around
the icon should always be maintained.

Can I put the logo on black backgrounds?

Yes, you can put the G4S logo on a black background directly,
so long as you are using one of the following logos:

 White and grey |

Does the G4S logo always have to appear in 2 colours?
|
It is preferred that the G4S logo always appear in two colours, however
exceptions can be made for items that require a watermark (tone on tone)
or embossment.

Can I laser engrave, blind deboss or emboss, or etch the logo?
| Yes. However it is preferred that it be colour filled whenever possible. |

How big can the G4S logo appear?
In most cases, the logo size is based on the item size. It is mandatory,
however, that a clear space of ¼ the capital letter height around the
icon should always be maintained - regardless of the size of the item.
The logo should never be less than 10mm in height.

Can I put the G4S logo and my group name, event, or other company's logo on an item of clothing?
It is possible, however you MUST first contact Corporate Office for details and approval.

Can I put the G4S logo on an item that has a retail logo? For example embroidering the G4S logo on Nike golf shirts.
Yes, as long as the retail logo is not on a prominent,
highly visible location of the apparel (e.g. left chest of a shirt
or the front or side of a baseball cap), and does not dominate the G4S logo.

How does G4S select promotional items for the online store?
Promotion items provide an opportunity to communicate the quality of our brand. G4S is a
world-class organization and the merchandise items selected must be of high quality and style.
The criteria for the selection of promotional items are:
- Good quality
- Items that have useful functions are preferred
- Avoid items that include any highly visible retail logo
- Any items of clothing that may be confused with our uniforms
- Any items that may portray a negative or unprofessional reputation of G4S, or go against any of our corporate values.

What is the difference between Inventoried Products and Custom Order Products?
With the Inventoried items featured on our online store,
what you see is what you get. The colours, styles and
sizes have been pre-selected, decorated with the G4S
logo ahead of time and stored in inventory for fast order
processing.
Our Custom Order selection allows us to bring you a much
larger selection of branded merchandise to choose from.
Because we do not hold these items in inventory, it allows
us to include more options in a wider array of styles
and colours.
Customer Order items, in most cases, provide you with the flexibility to choose from a selection of different colours, styles, sizes and logo location that you want.

How long will my order take to process?
Inventoried item orders placed in Ontario and Quebec should allow 1-2
business days for delivery. Locations outside Ontario and Quebec
should allow 3-4 business days for delivery on inventoried items.

Items from the Custom Order section may take longer to process.
QuickShip is available for these items, provided that minimum
order quantities are met (which vary depending on the item).

Why do Custom Order Products sometimes take longer to process?
Simply put: because these products are not held in inventory.
In other words, they need to be ordered, shipped to another
location for embroidery, and then shipped to you.
These orders are also held back for a longer period so
that they can be "bundled" together and decorated in larger
groups. This in turn helps to reduce the end cost to you.

What is QuickShip?
QuickShip is available for larger orders in the Custom Order
Boutique- it enables for your order to be processed quickly.
For example, if you are ordering 6 Golf Shirts at once, your
order is eligible for QuickShip. Minimum orders vary depending
on the item: each Brand on Demand item has a "QuickShip Quantity"
listed next to it for your convenience.

Whom do I contact about special orders?

I would like to place a personal order but I do not have a credit card, can I pay by cheque?
No. All personal orders must be placed by credit card.

What is the return policy?
Cotton Candy Inc. will resolve customer service issues
(such as shipments lost by couriers, and damaged merchandise).
All returns will be accepted within 30 days if the item has
not been worn or used. Shipping costs will be paid by the
customer unless there is an error committed by Cotton Candy Inc.
or the courier company in the initial shipment.
A copy of the original invoice or packing slip must be
included with the return.
